We will be using Richie’s app, Flourish, as our home base. Over the 21 days, Richie will be live streaming on Flourish, seven one hour Breathwork journeys. These will be recorded and available for replay during the 21 days.
You will also be given one month access to all of Richie’s premium prerecorded journeys on Flourish so you can do a different Breathwork journey everyday!
Each Thursday and Sunday, Richie will guide a live streamed Breathwork journey (dates and times in the FAQ below).

Within 24 hours your Flourish account will be gifted a 1 month premium access pass, giving you full access to flourish. At this time you will also be automatically added to the members lounge where Richie will give further instructions on the 21 days.
All sessions are in London time (BST). Each session goes for 1 hour and will be recorded for replay for the rest of the 21 days.
Yes! Even if you were to join on the final day of the 3 weeks, you would still get 1 month access to the app from point of registration (valued at £17.50) and to all the recordings of the previous live streams (valued at over £200).
Flourish should work on all modern smartphones running either android or iOS. If you are unsure, please download and test flourish on your phone first before you preorder the book.
